Excel and Critical Incident Preparedness at the Washington County Center



The following classes are available at the Washington County Center in Roper through the Continuing Education Department at BCCC. Beginning Microsoft Excel

This class will include introductions and Excel basics. BCCC’s Small Business Center’s director Lentz Stowe will lead students through creating a worksheet, formatting the worksheet, basic formulas and functions, creating an embedded chart and file management. Students will also learn how to save and print a worksheet. This free class will take place on Monday, October 30 from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Critical Incident Preparation and Response

Todd Alligood will share his expertise and perspective on this very serious subject. Students will learn how to make their workplaces safer. He will explain what to do if a critical incident, like an active shooter, occurs on or near a workplace. Alligood will take students through the right way to summon help, protect employees and clients should something happen. Such preparation can help contain a crisis. This free class will take place on Monday Oct. 23 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
