Fall in Love with Fall Planning

February is the perfect time to start planning academically and financially for your fall semester. Kimberly Jackson (252-940-6252) can help connect you to transfer opportunities in our Transfer Center in Room 113 of Building 1. The center is open all the time, and you don't need an appointment to stop by. We have information on all the universities and colleges we have with which we have transfer opportunities. We host representatives from these places there regularly, so check out the center on these dates:

March 6: Late Start Classes begin. If you want to take Personal Health (HEA-110-20LS) or Physical Fitness (PED-111-40LS) online this semester, you can sign up with your advisor before then. It is an eight-week class. Get your credits knocked out.

Monday, March 11: ECU’s SECU Partnership East liaison, Gerald Baldwin will be here from 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. to discuss how you can turn your BCCC college transfer degree into a teaching degree.

Saturday, March 30: Golden LEAF Scholarship applications are due. You can drop applications off in the Institutional Advancement office in Building 1.

Monday, April 15: ECU’s SECU Partnership East liaison, Gerald Baldwin will be here from 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. to discuss how you can turn your BCCC college transfer degree into a teaching degree.

Monday, May 6: ECU’s SECU Partnership East liaison, Gerald Baldwin will be here from 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. to discuss how you can turn your BCCC college transfer degree into a teaching degree.

There are many more scholarships available through the BCCC Foundation. Visit them, and visit the Transfer Center to explore all of your options.
