At Myrtle Grove Plantation events are known for delicious food and gracious surroundings. Joe White, chef at Myrtle Grove, will bring his style of entertaining to the BCCC kitchen, and we are looking forward to his visit. In this class we will produce and enjoy an elegant cocktail party. Students will learn to cook delicious buffet items and host their own party with confidence. Here’s the menu:
