Welcome Chef Carlos Adorno to our culinary lab. He has many years of cooking and restaurant experience. We will explore the Mediterranean
approach to cooking in this class with fresh, delicious flavors and quick techniques for summer meals. Students will help prepare and
enjoy:
• Roasted feta and honey with homemade pita chips
• Greek lemon oregano lamb chops
• Risotto
• Greek salad
• Cashew honey rolls
