Have you ever had a biscotti with your morning cup at the Coffee Caboose? They are the best, and Chris Barkley is the baker. He will lead students to make a big batch of biscotti to take home along with the ability to make many variations of the basic recipe. In class we will make cranberry almond biscotti, and we’ll have a pot of coffee brewing for you to enjoy.
