Don’t be afraid of your Thanksgiving turkey! Learn to carve and present it in the most appetizing way with Chef Paul Cyr. We will roast one turkey for the class and one chicken for each student. The chef will demonstrate carving techniques on the turkey, and students will each carve a chicken. (Students will carry home their chicken.) While he’s at it, Chef Paul will make a fine turkey gravy, sage and sausage dressing, and roasted Brussels sprouts. Let’s finish the meal with a pumpkin pie!
