Meal Prep; Healthy Slow Cooker Freezer Meals
You can have a nice healthy family supper even when things get hectic. Katie Woolard will show you how to make and freeze dishes that can be dropped into a slow cooker in the morning for a good supper that evening. Each participant will make three meals to take home and freeze. Of course, she’ll make them in class for us to sample. Menu: Cilantro Lime Chicken, Pork with Spiced Apples, Tuscan Chicken and White Bean Soup. Register & pay online.
