Transcripts
Students may obtain copies of their transcript upon written request to the Registrar's Office. Transcripts cost $5 each and will be released to other colleges, agencies or employers ONLY AFTER written authorization from the student and payment have been received.
Click here to request an electronic copy of your transcript.
Because our campus has transitioned to online instruction due to Coronavirus concerns, this is the only method available at this time for ordering a copy of your official BCCC transcript.
If you would like to pick up a paper copy of your official transcript
in person, please come by the Registrar's Office (Building 9, Room 911)
to complete a Transcript Request Form. We will process your request
while you wait. If you have any questions about obtaining your BCCC
transcript, please contact the Registrar's Office at 252-940-6236.
