Auto Dealer License Initial
Credential: Auto Dealer License; NC Division of Motor Vehicles
This course is approved by the NC Division of Motor Vehicles for the initial licensing of independent auto dealers. It covers licensing requirements, state and federal laws, frequently-used forms, dealer license plates, and vehicle safety inspections. This class will be offered via Zoom. Register & pay online.

Auto Dealer License Renewal
Credential: Auto Dealer License; NC Division of Motor Vehicles
Motor vehicle dealers in North Carolina are required to complete six hours of continuing education each year in order to renew their license; the intent is to keep dealers up to date on issues that have an impact on their business. This course provides a brief overview of the NC Motor Vehicle Dealers and Manufacturers Regulations Manual and includes a study of dealer laws, regulations, DMV regulations, federal laws and rules, and proper record-keeping. This class will be offered via Zoom. Register & pay online.
